Colani me up
I can’t stop thinking about that documentary about the designer Luigi Colani I saw on Youtube the other day. “I built aircraft out of shark corpses, and they flew perfectly!” What a guy. He designed some weird shit, too.

I saw Running Man. The first hour. The new one, with Gwen Powell. Not good. I didn’t enjoy myself. Stopped watching after an hour.
Watched the first couple episodes of My Status as an Assassin Obviously Exceeds the Hero’s. Yeah, it’s anime, and yeah, it’s isekai. Whoophoo! I’m actually really surprised the title isn’t longer, like some of those Light Novels called “I had an Orgasm and ate some salad but then the alien lord said no you can’t have any more orgasms so I stopped eating the salad”.
I watched some stuff, and listened to some stuff. Yes, you might think it was from Korea. What other countries are there? I don’t know.
Picked Dear X as K-Drama for the weekend, and have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, it’s a really interesting look at Korean society and the prevalence of bullying. On the other hand, it’s a bit cheesy.
I’ve been watching the videos by DoubleReelTV lately, a channel devoted to shining the light on 80s and 90s TV shows and their history.
I watched the first four episodes of The Manipulated, a Korean drama (K-Drama) about a guy framed for a murder he didn’t commit. Actually, it should be called Framed; that would be better. The Manipulated sounds kinda weird and English-as-second-language.
I saw the Mamma Mia comeback by izna and thought, ‘Hmm, well that’s not good’. Then I forgot about it, but Youtube kept shoving it back in my face and I said ‘fine, I’ll check out that mini album’!
